Arkestro does not allow you to add suppliers with a free email service provider domain address (such as gmail or yahoo) directly to an event unless that email address has already been uploaded to your supplier database. This is because we use the domain to associate a supplier to an organization.
To upload one or more free email address, from SUPPLIERS on the left navigation menu, use the Import Supplier Master option under +ADD SUPPLIERS.
Create a .CSV file with the following column headers, fill in with the appropriate contact information, and then save the file:
email address
first name
last name
organization name
2. Click SUPPLIERS on the left nav menu to open your supplier database.
3. Click the +ADD SUPPLIERS button in the upper right.
4. Select Import Supplier Master.
5. Drag and drop your .CSV file, or click + to search for your file.
6. Confirm the information being uploaded, and click Next.
7. Make any corrections as necessary for data validation, and click Import.
You can now invite any added free email service provider
NOTE: Import Supplier Master does not send emails or messages to the suppliers that they have been added to your database.
